Do more points in Premier equal a higher seed in the tournament?

My team has qualified for the tournament and I was wondering if we are playing Bind for the best tournament seed possible or just experience.

Also, how are the current standings determined? We have 400 pts but we are ranked 10th. Is it a secondary stat like average combat score total for the team or a first come first placement?

Valorant currently down ?

Cannot open my game, if i do it closes with VAN 68 or 79 or something else. Cannot press start, cannot do anything, anyone else having this issue ? ​ UPDATE: Game is back
