do pros dodge phoenix flash consistently?

i feel like i have to dodge it based on sound cue, and even then i can't do it fully consistently, even when i'm expecting it lol. i play on decent ping too at 40ms, does anyone actually consistently dodge it? am i just slow?

Don't know if anyone else noticed this, but on the orange variant of the Immortalized Stinger, Astra's face is slightly squished for some reason, making the game literally unplayable. How does one refund a battlepass skin?
