Recently I have been training on aim lab and kovaaks but I am not pretty sure if they are helping though. Maybe that is because of my arm is getting tired after playlist completed I had some shaky aim. Do you think any of these playlists are beneficial ?

just like with real weapon you need to aim and then squeese the mouse button gently, don't flex your muscules, don't panic and most importantly don't flame your teammates, I climbed to diamond with not much skill and tactics and fancy stuff...

Tiktok plays have ruined my ranked games for past 2 acts. These players showoff their shiny plays and give vibes to new players as if thats the right way to play. I do not disagree, yes these plays can be helpful once or twice in a game but...
