I think you get placed in a loser's queue for toxic behavior. For context, I received my first ever offensive language warning about a week ago. Since then, I have lost 24/32 games from immortal 2 down to ascendant 2. I have been an immortal player in almost every act since beta with a top 33% win rate in almost every act, 95% of games played solo-queueing. I've touched immortal 3 once. At this point, I have a pretty consistent floor of immortal 1.

Since that warning, I've noticed a bunch of differences between my quality of both teammate and opponent:

• Few games with noticeable rank disparity between teams (though I'm sure hidden MMR plays a role)
• More people forfeiting on my team/giving up/throwing when the score gets rough early
• Less mics, more toxic comms and yelling

I honestly hate posts like these on this subreddit and usually think people who make them are just complainers, and if you want to call me a complainer that's ok too. It's just such a noticeable difference before and after that warning that something has to be up.
