This might just be a bad idea, which is why I wanted to know what you all feel about this.

The skill gap between lower ranks is absolutely insane. Especially in the bronze-silver lobbies. In one bronze game you can have a player who blows your head off with a one-tap sheriff if you peek him for even a millisecond. In the same lobby, there will be players who are literally bots, don't know about crosshair placement, recoil or utility usage. The skill disparity within the same ranks is honestly staggering. That's the whole reason why, imo, the games are so coin-flip. One game you'll roll over the opposition in a 13-4, feeling good about yourself. The next game, you get demolished. I'm not getting to play balanced games at all.

This could be smurfs, this could just be variation in player skill because of the really high percentage of player base being in lower Elo.. whatever it is, I feel like introducing more ranks could really help.
