To further explain this question, I've been playing valorant consistently for the last 6 months I would say, and like others I want to get better, rank up, and even go to small tournaments with my team.
I've been playing games for most of my life, starting on PS2. and for about 3 years I've been taking competitive multiplayer games more and more serious.
Anyways, my issue is I feel like after playing for even as little as 1 hour, I already feel like I'm getting more sluggish, it feels like my reaction time gets a lot worse, I miss a lot more of my shots, and even my game sense gets hinged.
I just stop playing at my peak performance. I'm honestly not sure if maybe I need to change my diet, for example if im just not getting enough energy because of garbage food, I'm not getting enough sunlight per day, I'm honestly lost on what things I can do to improve my focus/playing stamina.

Hey, I`m making Valorant cards! This is the second part! Agent`s roles = card suits. I`ve made Raze, Kay/O, Omen and Sypher! I also made Jett, Skye, Viper, Chamber and Spike as Joker card before. Write character names that you wanna see next!
