I finally hit D1 recently, and while I'm very happy about it, I still don't think I'm that good a player. In the friend group I play with most often, everyone is a mix of ranks from silver to plat. Especially for those on the lower end, I can feel them getting frustrated by the fact that when we play together, they're forced to play against better players than the ones at their rank, and therefore usually end up having less fun. Not only that, but it means that when we're five stacking comp, I feel like I have to do really well every game, because I'm the one pulling the lobby mmr up. It's gotten to the point where it's stressing me out in games and making me play worse, because I start having these expectations of how I should play.
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this? No one really likes playing unrated, and obviously smurfing just pushes that feeling onto the people of the other team, so that's a no go as well.

For those who don't know, you can utilize the crouch jump mechanic to get over this common Sage wall spot in Split.
