I feel like a lot of times, I'm not aiming for the head and I get a running headshot or what seems like a really lucky kill. Here's some videos.

This feels abnormal to me and inconsistent, and makes it more difficult to figure out what I need to do to improve.
So my question is, does RNG/running shot error rate favor headshots?

Am I going crazy or was updraft price increased since last patch
I swear it was 150. Not the biggest deal but it is a very weird thing to change especially after the ult nerf and since it wasn't mentioned. Is it a bug or intended and forgot to state in the patch notes?
