I’m a Cypher main, and i think Cypher needs either a buff or some change to his abilities to compete with the likes of KJ and Chamber. For me its specifically his ult, find it a bit weak. What do you guys think?

Could anyone explain how it's possible to die that early from belts?
could anyone care to explain if this timing is actually possible on Icebox? i've played this spot numerous times and NEVER died that early. Jett was not on my screen AT ALL
