I used to never op and just play Jett vandal and climbed up to asc 1. I have picked up the op in the last 2 months and I’m about to hit immortal with this playstyle of oping on defense and winning a round completely with 1-3 picks then switching/predicting the next area the enemy attacks depending on the patterns they display. I am starting to think I am crutching on the op so I’m wondering if it is beneficial to go back to Jett vandal only on a new account and see if I can hit immortal? Or am I actually just hurting my own development with this kind of thinking. Serious responses only please, would prefer higher elo input.

Started playing again since the beta and got this ace I'm pretty proud of.

Why does a higher proportion of Valorant players gravitate towards trolls on the enemy team? You can bet on more than half of the enemy team thinking the troller is "cool" and "chill".
