What will happen if i report a player leaving and being afk from the game? How do i know if they get punished or have penalty?

IMO, 1775 for skins with no effects is insane.
Riot will continue to see what they can get away with because they know *some* people will buy whatever's new regardless of price, I need to draw the line somewhere.

What would be a cool Christmas gift for a hardcore Valorant player?
By hardcore I mean watching all of their favorite teams play tourneys, play for a team, and spend most hours awake in front of a PC.
