Hey guys, I’m genuinely baffled after doing my placements because I know that this ranked reset has been absolutely brutal for just about everyone.

I ended last act Plat 2, and got placed Plat 3 after winning all 5 games. But I know a lot of people who are way better than me and ended last act Immo or Diamond that went as low as silver/gold.

I didn’t go nuclear in any of my placement games either, I was just lucky to be matched with good teammates. This made me think, is this because I solo queued the last 4 games? Almost everyone I know queued with in duos or even full parties. Is solo queueing the difference between getting reset hard and maintaining your rank?
