A line 1 pixel thick can't be in the center of a screen with an even number of pixels per dimension.
This applies to all monitors, since 1080, 1440, etc are all even numbers, the crosshair will rest on one side of the true center. This has been true throughout CS:GO for AWP scope and, well, every time you run into 1 pixel thickness.
