So whenever i encounter duels or gunfights i always lose? Should i crouch or stand still in gunfights or duels, if crouch when should i crouch??

FPS getting worse with each update
Has anyone else's fps been worse compared to before updates? fps went from like 230-300 down to 200-150. anyone else?
