  1. NEVER blame someone for anything;
    Even if someone made a mistake, there is absolutely no reason to point it out, youll just risk triggering someone.
  2. Focus on Information-hygiene;
    dont waste other peoples attention span by adding unnecessary Information, keep it as short and simple als possible
  3. BE POLITE;
    youll face many different people, even when it doesnt matter for you, for some it does: use "please" "could" and ASK instead of DEMAND. You shouldn tell your teammates what to do, you should ask for cooperation.
  4. Stop coaching;
    You are not a coach, and its ranked, dont waste time.
  5. Dont aks Why someone did something;
    Some of you might think its okay when you actually want to know without a toxic intention, but in most cases its really just a possible trigger for someone, while also wasting time, high risk and close to zero benefit. classic examples: "Why peak?" "why smoke there?" "why no flash?"
  6. Dont ask/call for skins/strat changes when its like 6 seconds before the game starts.
    This will cost you rounds.
  7. try to bring in a positive and error accepting attitude, comment nice plays and trys, maybe sometimes throw in a "my bad sorry".
  8. If someone is toxic, ignore or mute them;
    dont get into a fight, it can ruin the game. A lot of people try to bring their life issues into the game, dont let them.
  9. Speak ENGLISH;
    even when you notice that a few people in your teamshare you mother tongue, keep it in english as long as you are not sure that everyone in your team speaks that language.

Just wanted to get these things out there because teammates not being able to behave one of the biggest issues I have with the game, I used the educational flair because I think these "rules" will objectively improve your games, but they are obviously still open for discussion, what do you think?
