Unless i missed the memo Valorant doesn't have servers in Africa. Doesn't make sense to say you represent Europe, Middle East and Africa if you ignore an entire continent of players

Subtitles? I'm deaf.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if valorant had a subtitles option? Like overwatch? Sometimes it is hard to tell when someone ults (it makes it unplayable almost) , and overwatch is easier to play because when someone ults the voiceline pops...
