I've noticed that towards end of every act people tend to come on to smurf accounts, I still focus, I still play my game and quite often have either drawn / won against a few smurfs.

One game we had were Jett 36K (overall), The next person on the leader board for the entire match only had 13kills. I don't think she was cheating she is simply better and admitted to smurfing, I asked why and she simply said act finishes in 5 days and she's happy where she is with her current RR and didn't want to go lower. I just go next and perform my best.

Is this a normal thing or did I just become unlucky?
