It would be really cool if we can equip gun skins per agent beforehand. It would be nice to equip the White reaver vandal on Jett, yellow Glitchpop vandal on Raze, Magepunk Spectre for Cypher, Oni Phantom on Yoru, ion phantom on KJ, etc. because I really like to match guns with the theme and aesthetic of the agent, although sometimes I forget to do so, or the agent I initially wanted to use isn't fit for the comp, sometimes it is auto locked by someone else.
