For multiple reasons :
- less backstab because less players
- more weapons used (if you don't change it in deathmatch at least)
- you won't win if you camp because spawn algorithm is different.
I don't know if there is much players who like deathmatch right now. But personnaly, I do not like it. Too much backstab because too much people (2 less would be perfect), respawns are slow, people are camping a lot to prefire based on sounds.
You are constantly doing 180°, which is really not that common ingame except in desperate clutch situation.
I really like escalation mode. At least, I really prefer it against deathmatch.
What are your thoughts ?
EDIT : For CSGO deathmatch comparison, there are a lot of little differences. Maps like Dust2 have less hiding spots, sound footsteps are less louder in CSGO compared to Valorant, you respawn faster on community deathmatch and there is no radar. On top of that, tagging is less severe and strafe speed is faster in CSGO so duels can last longer.
I only wanted to point out how bad is Valorant deathmatch right now so that lot of people do prefer Escalation against Deathmatch for warm up. I would prefer a good deathmatch but there is none imo. I may begin to warmup in CSGO community deathmatch like some of you do.
