What is your least favorite character to have on the team and why? The one that you just eye roll when you see someone pick it. Foe those that play that character what could they do better?

I've read the old threads about this, most of them made before the vandal buff. Now it seems like every game, 90% of players are using vandal over the phantom. Vandal also seems to have more kills per game than phantom at every skill level...

So I used my 3 free dodges today and I was wondering if they ever come back or if I'll always have to wait after a dodge now. Any info would be welcome! Thanks.
