I have bad fps, stutters, and horrible hitreg only in competitive, spike, dm and casuals are fine? Is this anticheat ruining my game or what? Does someone know how to fix?

Is it me or my FPS is getting lower after every patch. After this patch, it falls to 70 even. I usually play at 100. Also, no matter which resolution I play, 1080,900,720..and no matter how many time I change my resolution scale my FPS rema...

I have no idea why but when in the range if I have my crosshair more to the right I always hit way more shots than if it is to the left side or middle. No idea why and Idk how to fix it.
