Hello, so I’ve been on the grind I’ve went all the way from iron to now my peak plat 1. And I feel like every time I do a warm up routine I get worse. Or even when I did an aim training like the miagi method or using aimlabs. My aim gets worse. The best part of my climb was when I just didn’t do any aim training or warming up. Maybe 1 death match but that’s usually it.
Don’t get me wrong I understand they are important and I’m not saying I’ve been getting better because I’m not doing these things. But I know I’m order to get better and climb up ima have to start doing those. Idk does anyone else feel like when they aim train or do warmups they get worse?
