My chat is super laggy at seemingly random, anyone else having this problem/knows a solution? (no other lag btw)

I am extremely triggered by a friend's "low HP" calls, as he tends to call it low every time the enemy reduces his hp by a little. Examples of these would be : Pistol round dealing 44 damage Gun rounds dealing 80 damage (2 vandal shot...

I cant favorite a single skin, after pressing the favorite icon it appears for 1 second on the skin and then goes away instantly, there for i cant use the random skin system as well. Anyone know whats up with that ?
