Im a diamond 2 player and through the last few acts I’ve been in platinum. I started in silver 3 this act and made it to diamond, so i just want to know. Why are there so many people complaining about toxic players, throwing players and smurfs on this subreddit. Ive barely encountered any of these players in the hundreds of competitive games i’ve played. I also gain and lose around 20 RR when i win and lose so i don’t really understand what people are complaining about. (I play in OCE servers btw)

Is smurfing in unrated a thing/actually a problem?
I recently made a new account with my girlfriend to play unrated with her (I helped my girlfriend buy a pc and Valorant is her first game). Every few games someone gets pissed off at me for "smurfing" when I seldom drop more than 30 kills....

Seriously, clearly you're not thinking because if you deserved to be in diamond/plat, you would be. Don't bring your iron/bronze ass into my matches with your 0/17/2 just 'because i wanted to play in plat'. Surely your bro won't appreciate...
