Every game is like completely one-sided with one outlying player being like ridiculously good? Does it just come down to who has the best smurf on their team basically? really seems like it. Silver lobbies btw.

Sometimes I need to change a settings or maybe I want to change my crosshair. Why make me do it with the few seconds I have before the round starts? Why not let me do something while I wait for people to pick their agents.
