After only playing CS:GO for a total of 300hrs, I reached MG2 pretty quickly, but Valorant has me struggling out here with about 20 hours of game of now my focus is on learning maps, lineups/smokes with viper, and also on gunplay.
I often find that people play this game way more aggressive on defense compared to CSGO when I personally would rather chill on site on wait for the enemy to push, which throws me off a bit. I'm very used to playing for time instead of just going for unnecessary gunfights, but that doesn't seem to be the case in this game?
I'm also not a fan of how random first shots feel sometimes. Coming from CS:GO where your first shot goes exactly where you want it every time has proved pretty difficult for me. Any tips here?
Anyways, aside from my gripes with those two things, what should I focus on learning the most before hopping into ranked? Thanks to all responses in advance!
