i wanted to try to make fade like in a lol splash art, and i enjoyed its not perfect, its a bit chaotic like when fade ulted you ahah, i hope you enjoyed viewing at this piece lol thats all. thankyou

Can the chat wheel get fixed yet?

It's been broken since Yoru's release, I believe. When you scroll to change page on the wheel, you change weapon too. I'm surprised it hasn't already been fixed.
