I remember Riot Games used to do these fan artist spotlights themselves, such as: https://playvalorant.com/en-us/news/announcements/community-spotlight-dec-02/
However, I haven't seen any spotlights by Riot themselves since December 2020. I wonder why Riot stopped doing it? I think it'd be cool if Riot picked up the practice again, but what do I know?
