When the game first released I couldn’t blame Riot for only having 4 rotating skins in the store, there weren’t many skins in rotation so it made sense. But now we’re several months into this game with new bundles released every two weeks....

If ever you have some teammates who have high ping and experience in-game lag from time to time, please don't discourage them from playing the game. Especially those who don't have servers close enough to their country to give them low late...
