Being playing since Day 1 and I'm from Somalia with 160+ ping and 40Fps I managed To reach Plat 1 it was my Dream to reach Plat one since Act 2 Ep 1, if u wanna reach your Goal Keep trying and u will get there.

Without Jett, Chamber or Reyna, what agents would be using the Operator?

Those are the three agents pure instant Get Out Of Jail Free abilities. Two of which are considered the Operator's main agents. Without them, who would use it?
