First attempt at weld art

My first attempt at weld art in stainless steel. I decided to try and do the valorant logo. I messed up a lot due to trying to control the amount of heat input. Looking for a chill block to help with the heat input. I will keep working at it!

Am I not understanding the nerf?

"Chamber no longer incurs an additional cooldown when recalling his Anchor after teleporting." Isn't he supposed to be able to recall his tp and not get cooldown? I'm still getting his full CD
