Remove all you custom agent profiles under controls. Set your default to however you want it, then add your custom agent profiles again.
My team voice PTT was always set to V no matter what I changed it to. After removing the agent profiles it fixed it. Then re adding them allowed it to work like normal.

Do you guys think there should be a shorter version of unrated for casual players?
I tried to introduce this game to 3 different groups of people and all of them say the same thing. They always complain about how unrated is way too long and they don't feel like playing spike rush because you can't pick your weapon. Cs go...
