sooooo why is matchmaking so trash and why is ranks in low lvls so inaccurat? alot of iron players that play better than gold players now...'

I just don't seem to be able to get any kills from ghost. I either hit all body shots(like 2 or 3 shots that do 60 or 90 damage) or if i aim at head level none of shots connect. Need some advice
