Form is temporary, Class is permenant

The title is what i keep telling myself, but i have recently out of nowhere found myself lacking so much in gun fight. I went from 30 kills per game in diamond to 11 kills per game in low plat - plat 2. I dont know what i am doing wrong.

How do you improve gun fights, i use the events and charla7an aim routines. Play range, 50 bots strafe. High flick shots. And death matches.

Why are you able to disable voice coms in ranked, but not able to queue if you're voice comms banned?

You're effectively at the same disadvantage playing with someone who can't listen to any comms and wont communicate at all.
