I was plat 1 last season and placed silver. Now I can barely hold a gold 1 without deranking. Why? I want to enjoy the game but it’s hard when I go on giant losing streaks at a level noticeably lower than the one I was previously performing at.

after installing the latest patch the client just crashed and whenever i open it the curser spins blue and the launcher doesnt open
