ny1 else having massive frame drops after the new patch?

specs: i5-20100u nvidia mx250 8gb ram (mid range laptop)

As a Karambit owner i will really appreciate if i can have my knife glowing most of the time and not only when im droping 30 kills

Not only because i put 50$ bucks on it, but also because i even put radianite to unlock the sfx and make the damn knife glow. Best case escenario make us to be able to select if we want the blade glow or not. or at least reduce the requerim...
