FPS dropped overnight

Yesterday, I was playing valorant at 90FPS but when I opened valorant just now my FPS started to fluctuate like hell. It even dropped to 6 at some point and higher up to 90. I can't even right now.

Does anybody has experienced this or is it just me?

I play on my laptop Lenovo Legion 5 AMD variant.

I need help guys.
