So I reinstalled windows on my laptop and installed valorant. I had all the graphic card drivers and other drivers installed but for some reason, my fps in valorant is hard-capped to 1. It doesn't increase nor decrease. I used to get flat 60 fps before (1 week ago). Pls help me
