Hello everyone, I started playing the games yesterday even though I could play the closed beta years ago.

For my first game I played Cypher, and it's only when I reached lvl5 and unlocked an agent that I discovered Cypher is not a base-game agent. I'm so confused, how could I play this agent on a lvl1 account if I'm supposed to get the first unlock at lvl5?

I am lvl5 now and unlocked Fade. Does that mean my 2 grind-free agents are unlocked?
