I used to be a coach on proguides for valorant and have been wanting to give it another go.

We have 2 options, You can prerecord a game and we can break it down together and figure out any issues. The second option is I can watch you play a game and I'll record it myself and take note of anything that could be done better/differently.

Open to all players regardless of rank, I do speak English and Russian primarily but I have no issue using a translator if need be. We can create a schedule together and track your overall improvement as I was thinking to give everyone who is interested around 5-7 free sessions each about an hour.
