I have a 60 Hz monitor on my laptop , and get around 130 FPS in game. But the game feels as if I am playing at 30 fps (not screen tearing, just slow). When using Vsync this problem is solved but this causes input lag so it's usless. Any help?

How come when I get insulted to death and I report them I never get a message regarding the report's been "successful"?
It happens almost every game, someone just had to be disrespectful af to everybody or me and they never get banned. Valorant has a godtier anticheat going into your computer 100 miles deep but they can't detect when someone literally tries...
