Am I the only one that experiences the game at two different speeds? constantly for a string of rounds one team will be playing the game 2 seconds ahead, then it'll swap and they'll be playing like they're 2 seconds behind? Is this a net coding issue? (changed the tag to question sorry)

soooo, on my main I played pretty often and was stuck at p3/d1 with an average % of about 50 of being match mvp, still receiving about 18 points in a win and losing about 22 points at a loss.
