Hi, I'm new to this game and recently figured out about the skin rotations. Today I got the Glitchpop Vandal in my shop, which I know is a pretty good skin. However, I don't use Vandal that often but my brother who has played this game for quite a while mains this gun and he also mentioned that it was his favorite skinline. Is there a way for me to gift him this skin? I searched it up online and Riot devs were saying last year that they would make this feature. Have they made it yet? Thank you in advance.
