I am on NA servers and experience toxic players 1/25 games. As I was reading everyone is upset about the toxicity. I am not a new player and have never had a problem with the amount I recieve, am I just lucky?

Should you report people who throw during an unrated match or should you leave them be since it’s unrated? If a player is waiting at the spawn until everyone dies before moving, is that worthy of a report?
