What you are seeing is a Jett with a bucky...
I was searching for the last player and was heading to the market on Split B site when I got hit from behind and this is what I saw...I wasn't able to see the player but luckily won the fight.

How many of you guys needs a demo viewer?
Personally I want this game to have a demo viewer to record clips, but I understand that demo viewer can be used to indicate mistakes in games. Is Riot planning to add a demo viewer soon?
