So i just started and i am lvl 6, trying to learn the game etc. but a lot of the time i have noticed is that people want to surrender if their team is behind. Also getting very mad in coms.
What is your end goal here? You are level 100 something and complaining in unrated? :/ why not go to ranked?

Myself and a few friends cannot launch the Riot Client? Is Riot down? The services status page says all is well but its affecting a few of us?
