So i just started and i am lvl 6, trying to learn the game etc. but a lot of the time i have noticed is that people want to surrender if their team is behind. Also getting very mad in coms.
What is your end goal here? You are level 100 something and complaining in unrated? :/ why not go to ranked?

Regarding Harbor and his role as a controller
Isnt Harbor really bad for defending side? You can't really resmoke chokepoints and it really isnt viable without a 2nd controller. People could fake sites to bait his smoke and then run to another site and harbor needs to wait atleast 40...
