Harbor Rework/Buff Ideas and Quality of Life Changes

Harbor has been out since patch 5.10 in Valorant and has only gotten one change to his kit (adding +1 cascade to his kit making it 2), and everyone has consistently been saying that he is trash and no reason to play him. While i do agree with this I just think he needs to be changed in a way where he is more consistent and flexible for his team and himself as a player to be a better aggressive agent, so here are my thoughts to rework/buff his kit.

Cascade (C)

Being able to just press C and the cascade instantly starts going forward, like a neon wall. (pressing C again will still stop the wall whenever you want to stop it). I think the cascade is used a a small wall to push aggressively or take 1v1s and needs to be able to pulled out quickly, so this would be nice to add.

I also think its stupid that his Cascade and High Tide slows his teammates, its like if vipers wall did damage to your own teammates as they walk through it, not really a good idea to give de-buffs to your teammates.

Cove (Q)

Cove health from 500 >> 750 to give it a bit more of a defensive chance while retaking or attacking, when harbor first came out people had the idea that it would be overpowered that he can block bullets, but it only takes around 6 vandal shots to break it, then the smoke is gone!

This leads to also when his cove is broken, it doesn't just get rid of the smoke, it just gets rid of its shield layer and still acts as a smoke, it would last the same time whether the shield is broken or not.

High Tide (E)

I think this is actually fine and gives your team alot of cover and can even be better than a viper wall in maps like Lotus or Pearl. Though maybe the slow could last for an extra .25 to .35 seconds for people to actually have some extra risk to the wall, especially since he needs some stall for defenders.

Again, I think the slow should not de-buff his teammates and himself as it just seems like an unfair advantage for your team.

Reckoning (X)

His ultimate is good but I since it is used for intel as well, you can see where the enemies location is when they have a concuss circle around them by showing that circle on the map, this would be easier than looking up at the sky for some locations and just gives him some quality of life

The concuss doesn't seem as punishing though so making the concuss faster is not a bad idea

Let me know what you think of this and I have some trouble on what else could be changed on his Cascade so if you have an idea let me know
