Harbour buff idea

What if Harbour's cove ability was like a literal bubble shield instead of how limited it is right now

What if lineups and mollies bounced off of it as if it were a wall? It would be extremely broken but it's a fix to the lineup meta and it makes him more viable

Why do cyphers trips activate on enemy utility?

No other utility in the game gets activated by other utility. Trademark and alarm bot are smart enough to not trigger on other utility. Sentry turret also doesn't shoot at other utility. Skye dog, fade dog, boom bot, owl drone don't activat...

Do you climb consistantly each episode and act or do you end up in different rank at the end of each act (drastically lower or higher)?
