What is the deal with moving?

Why am I always being killed by people that are moving but if i move the slightest bit my bullets do not go where i want them to.

90% of my games are 3v5?! No exaggeration, I've not seen a game where everyone wants to play. Getting kind of boring with constant 13-0 games.
