hard stuck in iron/bronze

I have been stuck in iron-bronze for the entire time im playing the game, I always bottom frag or just do average and rarely top frag. I really want to climb up the ranks and finally get out of low elo but I can't because whenever I play comp I whiff so hard. Any tips for a low elo player like me???

Is the Oni phantom worth it compared to other phantom skins?

I already have the Ion and Glitchpop phantoms. With these 2 great skins is it worth to also get the Oni phantom? Thanks!
