I have been stuck in iron-bronze for the entire time im playing the game, I always bottom frag or just do average and rarely top frag. I really want to climb up the ranks and finally get out of low elo but I can't because whenever I play comp I whiff so hard. Any tips for a low elo player like me???

Noise circle on Mini-map is bomb distance
If you don't know how far away you have to be from the bomb, look at your mini-map while running/making noise... Once the bomb symbol is outside your circle you are far enough away from the bomb explosion.
